   3.3 The Operator does not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided by advocates or clients on the Website.
   3.4 Advocates themselves cannot take cases personally which clients have found on the AdvoPoint.

4. User Responsibilities
   4.1 You are solely responsible for your interactions and engagements with advocates or clients on the Website.
   4.2 You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner when using the Website, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   4.3 You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities on the Website, or to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

5. Intellectual Property
   5.1 The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Operator and protected by intellectual property laws.
